First-in-the-Nation Parks Pilot Proves Out: Here's What We Know
In 2025, we launched a first-in-the-nation pilot program welcoming over 100,000 eligible Vermonters free day-use of all 55 Vermont State Parks.


Job Posting: Part-time Program & Development Specialist
Vermont Parks Forever (VPF), the nonprofit foundation for Vermont State Parks, would like to welcome a part-time Program and Development Specialist to join our team of 3 by providing critical administrative support for operations and fundraising, and specific program management for the Park Access Fund. This 20-25 hours/week position reports to the Executive Director and also works closely with the Deputy Director.
