2025 Impact Report

Check out our new Impact Report to learn about the great work we accomplished with the help of donors in 2025! Together this year, Vermont Parks Forever supporters made it possible to:

• Grant over 44,000 free days in the state parks to Vermonters underrepresented in the outdoors through the Park Access Fund and Pilot Program

• Fund four paid student internships by expanding the Mt. Philo Forever Fund, starting a new internship at Branbury State Park, and welcoming an intern from the University of Vermont.

• Celebrate two years at the free, award-winning Groton Nature Center, recently named a Facility of Merit by the Vermont Recreation and Parks Association

• Provide interpretive funding to support Dark Sky initiatives and bat education throughout the state parks

• Add new beach access wheelchairs and mobility mats to parks throughout the state to help even more Vermonters enjoy the water
