Farewell to Jessie Krust

After five years with Vermont Parks Forever, our good friend and colleague Jessie Krust is moving on to a new chapter with her family overseas.

In her tenure as VPF’s Development Coordinator, Jessie handled everything from our website to our donor database, from our park access program to our beautiful impact report designs, and much more. Her acuity with data and digital tools, powered by deep grounding in our mission, led her to help grow our little organization, both in our capabilities and our capacity.

Jessie's passion for inclusivity created the Beach Access Initiative. Jessie brought four new beach wheelchairs into Vermont's state parks over her tenure and recently secured funding for more!

We’ll miss having Jessie as part of our small team, but she will continue to consult on special projects, and of course the legacy of everything she has helped build will continue.Thank you, Jessie!
