2024 Impact Report

Document with "2024 Impact Report" on the left side, a photo of a picnic table in front of mountains on a clear day, and the Vermont Parks Forever logo

During this season of gratitude, we are feeling thankful for you. Together in 2024, Vermont Parks Forever supporters made it possible to:

  • Celebrate 100 years of Vermont State Parks by sharing stories and time together in the state parks

  • Grant over 14,000 free days in the parks to Vermonters who might otherwise be unable to experience all the state parks have to offer

  • Add four adaptive beach wheelchairs to the state park system to help Vermonters get into the water

  • Provide interpretive funding in the state parks for story walks and bear education - VPF also celebrated the one year anniversary of free, museum-quality nature education at the Groton Nature Center

  • Host a paid student intern (the 10th so far!) at Mt. Philo State Park to gain valuable work experience and take care of Vermont's oldest state park

Check out the 2024 Impact Report to see great photos and learn about the work you made possible.
