I’ve lived in Vermont all of my life and have been going to state parks all of my life. My friends and I would beg our parents on the weekends to bring us out to Alburgh Dunes State Park. My grandpa would beg my parents to bring us fishing at lake Carmi State Park. Personally, my favorite was Burton Island State Park.
My experiences at the state parks are some of my fondest memories, and makes me happy to still be living in Vermont and enjoying these parks to this day.
